Beware of VILLARICA PAWNSHOP - GCASH

I really love buying stuffs online and I'm an online seller too sinnce 2008. and my most well loved mode of payment is thru Globe Gcash . I even availed their Gcash card so that I can cash out and you can use it to shop or to withdraw cash from ATMs nationwide.

Since I needed to pay my orders online I quickly browse over the net for a nearest local partner outlet near our place. And Villarica pawnshop (zapote branch) was my first choice while SM city bacoor was my second choice. I called the pawnshop and asked them if they are accepting cash-in for gcash. the one who answered was polite to give me instructions regarding gcash. After the brief phone call, I gathered my ID's and the Gcash card of course and went straight  to Villarica Pawnshop (zapote branch).

I arrived there catching my breath because it's a long walk.The staff currently is talking to a customer so I waited for my turn. I can't help over hearing what they are talking about. The customer is begging the staff to allow her to (SANGLA).. the staff says that an ID is needed before they can proceed with the process of (SANGLA). I said to myself  "ha, Good thing I brought my TIN, PHILHEALTH and GCASH CARD with me.. and I wont have a problem."

The customer is telling that she already had a previous transaction with the said pawnshop but then she did not win over the staff that is turning her back unto the customer and watching herself on the mirror. I said to myself again "wow, that was kind of rude" but guessing that she was just annoyed by the way the customer is insisting and somehow it worked because the customer then leaves. Now it's my turn. I told the staff that I wanted to cash in to my gcash account. She asked me for an ID and I smilingly gave to her my  TIN ID card (tax identification ID) it has my name, address, birthdate, signature and my picture on it. I know for a fact that any government issued ID in the philippines is a valid ID. She then told me that it's not valid and asked me if I have any other ID's I gave here my gcash card of course! It also has my name and picture too. She also rejected it stating that they only accept voter's id or postal id. I told her why is it not valid when I only wanted to CASH-IN my MONEY to MY GCASH account. She just keeps on gesturing NO. Now, I know the feeling of being rejected like the customer before me. The staff seems not to care about their customers. Maybe that is the reason why there are no customers in the VILLARICA pawnshop ( zapote branch) unlike other pawnshops. 

My mind is saying that "I was not gonna make (SANGLA) or something that it was just on a process of clicking on the cellphone to cash-in money. it's easy and I have my iphone with me to prove it to her that I'm cashing-in in my own account" I'm annoyed really... but then I asked her politely if they are accepting PRC ID... she said yes. I quickly dialed my mom's number and asks her if my sister can bring to me my PRC ID. I felt bad to disturbed my sister (who tending her 2yr old baby) just to bring my PRC ID for a mere GCASH transaction.

While waiting for my sister, I look around the pawnshop and it looks old or rather not well-maintained and I saw the glass window panel with lots of PRC ID's of different people. "Oh yeah, that's the main reason why I did not bring with me my PRC ID Card because it might get lost" I said to myself. It's a very important ID to me and I just recently lost my PRC board certificate. I cannot afford to lose another one. 

I cannot stand there anymore so I walked away from the Villarica pawnshop to meet my sister halfway. While I was walking I saw another pawnshop, Magdalena Pawnshop and asked if they are accepting Gcash CASH-IN they said yes and I'm surprised! really! I handed my TIN ID card number and they accepted it. No more looking for other ID's. I finally had my money CASHED-IN in my Gcash account. What a relief! :)))

My questions in mind:
Q1: Is the GCASH CARD not valid as proof that you own the GCASH account or serves as ID?
Q2: What's the sole purpose of my ID picture at the back of the GCASH CARD?
Q3: Is a TIN ID sometimes not valid as ID? why?

I would really appreciate if you guys can share your thoughts regarding my questions above.
